Our last vintage of il Campo White was a big hit locally. We sold most the the wine close to our house in local restaurants and wine bars. I'm guessing that the chefs and other employees drank a good portion of it from their feedback. We actually put some in kegs to sell as the house white at the esteemed Pizzeria Defina in San Francisco. The wine is blended to be a refreshing spring summer sipper with enough acidity and raciness to match a variety of appetizers and lighter fare. This version is blended with Tocai Fruliano, Moscato Bianco from vineyards next to our house, and Chardonnay from the famed James Berry Vineyard. Enjoy poolside or at a beach picnic.
